Group Workouts

Be sure to frequently check the Event Calendar for upcoming dates and locations of group workouts! We meet at different locations around Atlanta to swim, bike and run during the week and on weekends.

 

Our current regular group workouts are:

Monday & Wednesday evenings 7:45-9:00pm and Sunday afternoons 3:00-4:30pm : Swim at Georgia Tech Campus Recreation Center.  Click here for information about swimming at Georgia Tech.

       

Mid - Week runs are held on Tuesday or Thursdays typically at the Big Peach Running Co. Midtown and Brookhaven locations starting at 6:30pm. Weekend mornings are typically riding during the summer with a Sunday run once per month then mostly running with some biking in the winter. We also hold clinics, volunteer options, multi-sport workouts. Check the event calender to find out where and what time the fun begins. 

 

Workouts are lead by the fellow members to allow you to train and learn about triathlon in a safe and effective manor. 

 

Again check out the calendar as we are always planning something new to get you ready for your first or next triathlon. Remember to RSVP and its important to be reliable about showing up to the workout. If you are unable to attend please contact the mentor.
