Andrew Johnston - As one of the few Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologists in the U.S., Andrew serves PTC by hosting interactive clinics at the Triumph Training Studio in the Old Fourth Ward. His book, Holistic Strength Training for Triathlon, focuses on the proper development of flexibility, stability, strength, and power. And his various talks are characterized by hands-on learning in order to bring these critical concepts to life. Additionally, his never ending studies in nutrition have encouraged him to swim against mainstream dogma, allowing him to become the first Leukemia Survivor to win an Iron Distance Triathlon as well as compete in the Hawaii Ironman World Championships. Currently in the midst of writing his second book--this one on nutrition--his motivation to help others inspired his tag line: "the only limitations we have are the ones we set for ourselves." You can contact Andrew at Andrew@TriumphTraining.com, follow him on Twitter @AndrewJTriumph and subscribe to his blog at http://triumphtraining.com/blogs/blog
